The view and the balcony sold it to me immediately.Being brand new I was able to move straight in and the light, which filled the lounge area, gave me the feeling of space.One of the first things I did was landscape the garden which finished the look off lovely. I love the view and will miss that the most, but sadly due to my health, I need to now look for something else.Whoever is lucky enough to call this home will not be disappointed.
