Having owned the property for a number of years, we can honestly say this property has been a good buy for us.It was perfect for our first home and, after moving out, it has always been easy to rent out.We have had some fantastic tenants who have looked after the apartment really well. Therefore, if someone is looking for an investment it would be a very easy option. On the other hand, it is equally suitable for someone wanting to get their foot on the property ladder as we did.
