This was my first flat and I fell in love with it instantly. With those large windows and high ceilings it was so much larger, lighter and brighter than all the other flats.
The location was perfect. The road is so lovely and I adore the aspect over the stone church buildings opposite. Plus you get that rare mix of being really close to the town centre and station and yet once you are home it is so peaceful and quiet. You really can’t believe that you are in the middle of town or so close to a mainline station.
I have put double glazing in, new carpets and redecorated, plus a few other bits and bobs.
A wonderful first buy, the flat has also served me very well as a rental investment.
