The property I was living in was becoming too expensive so I decided to downsize and wanted something that was low maintenance and easy to keep. I focussed my search within Horsham and Southwater and after viewing a few I was swayed towards Southwater because I loved the feel of the village. When I was told about this property in the village I was quite excited. From the moment I arrived I was pleased by the position and the attractive design of the apartment block. Once inside the apartment was exactly what I had been looking for and having the view out to the wooded copse was ideal.

I have felt very secure and happy here but have decided to move to Horley so I can spend more time with my grandson.
