We bought this as our first home together and couldn't believe our luck when we moved in to be so close the sea. Westgate shops and station are also within walking distance and the area is lovely and quiet.

In the mornings you can nip over to the cafe and watch the waves rolling in as you drink your morning tea.

IN recent years we have been renting the flat out and have never had a problem finding tenants.
