When I first viewed this property I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space on offer in comparison to other flats I had seen. I liked the fact that all of the rooms were separate and it was one of the only flats that I had seen that had a kitchen separate from the living accommodation and this, to me, was a real bonus.
The property didn’t need any work doing to it so, therefore, it was easy enough to pack my things and move straight in. I have not had to do anything to the property since living here, but I am due to replace the gas fireplace in the lounge.
We are moving to another area and looking for a family home now, so hope the new owners will be as happy here as my partner and I have been for many years.
