I have lived here for 8 years, the last year and a half I have had the property let out, I have had the best of both worlds.

I love this property and will be sad to see it go, only 2-3 years ago I had refurbished the property so it is lovely and modern throughout.

I loved living here, I felt so cosy and safe as the neighbours are very nice, it was lovely when having friends over as I could prepare food but still be amongst the conversation in the kitchen/living area.

I wish all the best to the new owners.
