For a one bedroom flat this property really surprised me in terms of size; it definitely felt bigger. I liked its West End location and could see the potential it offered. It was for these reasons I purchased it. Since owning my flat I have renovated it changing nearly everything. The walls have been skimmed, the bathroom and kitchen updated, new water tanks installed, double glazing and flooring changed and re-decoration throughout. What you see today is something I am really proud of. Living here, I can truly say this is one of the most convenient locations, you can get to nearly everything without the use of a car. The Leas is only across the road which offers great walks and transport links are second to none especially with the high speed trains to London.
