This spacious one bedroom second floor apartment has been well kept, offers great living and entertaining space to really impress your family.There is an open plan arrangement where you can relax and dine to your hearts content.The location really doesn't get any better. All your boxes can be ticked with everything you could possible need right on your doorstep or if you want to go further there is a bus to take you to the city.So where are the downsides? If you consider that the property also comes with parking, a store room, under-floor heating and lovely views of the Downs, we are struggling to find one!
We instantly fell in love with the Grand Ocean building. The reception, hallways and listed communal garden have been restored to a very high standard. With the South Downs at one end of the road and Saltdean beach at the other, it's the perfect place to enjoy living by the sea (without the noise and congestion of central Brighton). The on-site gym, local shops and ease of parking makes for very convenient living, particularly for commuters such as ourselves. We are sad to be leaving the flat so soon after moving here, but we are now looking for a home with a second bedroom.
