It'll take you an age to sample all the cuisine (Carmen's tapas is our fave) and you can walk it off on Clapham Common. Khamsa on Acre Lane is great for some fab Algerian cooking - it's getting great reviews. Clapham High Street will keep you busy whatever the weather.
