I had the choice of any of the apartments in the block but fell in love with the light, airy and spacious feel of what I now like to call 'my penthouse'!
The added bonuses were that the modern and fully fitted kitchen wasn't part of the living space and the fact it runs right across the top of the building meant no disturbances from the other flats. All the rooms were a really good size compared to others I had seen and as it was a new build, it was all new and no DIY needed!
Couple all that with the fact I'm less than a minute from the high street (and all its amenities) and only six and a half minutes walk from the mainline station to London and the coast, and it was a winner.
