If you are looking for your bachelor or bachelorette pad, this first floor 1 bedroom bay fronted apartment will be a fantastic purchase. As it is a conversion this apartment has many bonuses that purpose built flats simply don't. One of which is that it is share of freehold. The owner has confirmed that there is no ground rent or maintenance fees, so you can save your money for more exciting things.
The other big bonus is the garage. It's so nice to know that you won't have to spend ages driving around in the evening looking for somewhere to park.
The apartment itself is bright and airy and the lounge has that wonderful bay, giving you that bit of extra room.
In the bedroom you find plenty of space for your furniture and the en-suite means you can roll out of bed and straight into the shower in the morning.
If you like to spend time relaxing outside, the apartment has a communal garden that is only shared with the ground floor apartment.
So give us a call and come and take a look at your new home.
What the Owner says:
Location was my main criteria when I moved to this flat. I have lived in a house on the same road for years so when this property came up for sale, it was ideal. Everything is close-by and within walking distance including the station and the British Legion for a tipple or two.
The other reason I bought it was the garage. I didn't want to buy somewhere where I would have to park a long walk away from my front door.
Considering how close to the town I am, the road is quiet and the neighbours are friendly. I have enjoyed living here but I need to find somewhere that is ground floor due to my health.
