I couldn't believe my luck when I first saw this flat, it was my first purchase so a very exciting time for me.
I loved the road and being so close to the shops meant it was easy to just nip out for a pint of milk if I needed to. I really enjoyed living here and having the garden was a real bonus, just relaxing in the garden with a good book on warm summer days was fantastic. Since I moved out I always had a long list of tenants for the property. The area is very sought after and having its own private garden was something that tenants have found as appealing as I did.
