I have owned this lovely apartment for many years and it has always been one of my favourites. In such a great location it's an ideal investment, first time property or even a pierre de terre by the sea!

With fast trains in to London in just an hour it makes commuting a dream.

I have rented this property out in the past and always had a very high demand for it. With tenants paying top figures to live so close to the town centre and beach it's a lovely little investment property that provides a comfortable yield.
