When I first viewed the property I couldn't believe my luck as it was absolutely perfect.

The location couldn't have been better - so close to Purley and the station - but in a quiet and peaceful setting. It has proved to be a wise choice as I have happily lived here for the past 20 years.

It will be a sad day when the time comes for me to hand the keys over to the new owner, but I hope they enjoy the apartment as much as I have.
