This flat has been perfect for us as there is a lot of space for a 1 bedroom! We have been able to adapt the space to our needs as our family has grown. The storage here is amazing too - we have lots of cupboard space and feel that there is more than many 2 or 3 bedroom houses we have seen! We preferred this property to others we looked at because it has a private garden which is a lovely place to sit and gets lots of sun. This is really good for simply things like hanging the washing out rather than having the tumble dryer running all the time.
