Take your morning cup of tea out onto the balcony, watch the sun start its climb and just enjoy the sights and sounds of coastal living. If the weather is not behaving itself you could enjoy that “first cup of the day” watching the sea from your lounge window.

The bedroom is a fabulous size and it even has a walk in wardrobe (because you can never have too many shoes or handbags). In fact when the owner was in discussion with the planning department they were suggesting that the floor size was large enough to create two bedrooms.

Guests to stay over? There is a small mezzanine where they could sleep and then perhaps they could make you breakfast in the morning. With a lift in the building everything has been carefully sorted out to make this a perfect apartment.

This has been a labour of love over the years and I am really pleased with the result. We feel as if we were entrusted with an incredible building that needed to be sympathetically restored to fit in with a modern lifestyle.

The balcony was an important feature for us to include as we feel that having outside space is a an important feature, particularly as we have more than our fair share of sun in this part of the country.
