When I was searching for a property, location was the most important factor for me. I hit the jackpot here! It was fantastic, I even considered selling my car as I found I just wasn't using it. I have had to relocate, but have kept the apartment on and rented it out. It has worked out as a fabulous investment for me and have never had trouble finding tenants. In the past year or so I have completely re-decorated the apartment, and fitted a new kitchen. I will be sorry to see it go but feel it is someone else's time to own this lovely apartment.
