Myself and my partner (30 y/o and 35 y/o respectively) are currently on the market, looking for a 1+ bedroom flat to rent. We are quiet, considerate and responsibly tenants (average length of tenanct over the last 12 years is 3.3 years). I can supply a reference from my current landlord to attest to this.
I am physically disabled (Ankylosing Spondylitis and Fibromyalgia). My partner is a professional chef of over 10 years' experience. We do have a 1 year old cat, who is spayed, housetrained, micro chipped and vaccinated. It is a must that she comes with us (my cat, that is :P), as I need her around as emotional supprot when my partner is at work (again, I have a letter from a professional Cognitive Behavioural Therapist relating to this).
We have a good history as tenants and have never had any CCJ's or financial disputes of any sort raised against us for late payment of rent (we set up a standing order and you get your rent on the day, every time). I would like to arrange a mutually convenient time for a viewing of relevant properties.
We are available to move out as early as the 5th of May, or as late as the 5th of June (must be one of these two dates as we would end up paying double rent otherwise).
