We have lived in this house for nearly 40 years and back in 1983 we needed somewhere for Mum. Because we had a sizable plot we built a 1 bedroom annex on the side. Being fully self contained it ensured Mum had her independence but also she could pop in if she needed anything.

As the house and annex are too large for us now, it's time for us to downsize to a bungalow in the local area, but believe the new family moving in will love living here as much as we have.
