We have really enjoyed living in our family home and have done so happily for over 20 years. We absolutely love this location which has provided us with a great lifestyle being right beside the sea, we have decided to downsize now but plan to move just up the road to a smaller property which we have already found. We have always maintained our home well and recently added a brand new combination boiler, we also recently replaced the kitchen and had the double glazing upgraded.

We will be sad to leave as we have made a lot of friends here, but look forward to a new chapter in our lives.
