We were living in Kent and looking to re-locate because of jobs. We started to look in the Surrey area and found we could not get much for our money so we pushed our search criteria out to West Sussex and narrowed down our location to Horsham and Southwater. We popped into this new home development and we were shown the Canterbury and absolutely fell in love with it but unfortunately it was a little bit over our budget. Just as we were about to put an offer in on another property the developer called us and we could not believe our luck when we were able to secure it.

We have been extremely happy here and love the position and space but have decided to move to Cornwall.
