OWNERS COMMENTS Before we bought this property we were heavily advised to view it by the Agent, as there is much more than first appears from the street view, we were so glad we took the time to do this. As soon as we saw the spectacular sea views from most rooms in this lovely house, we were hooked and taken aback by the building's size. The glorious garden has been laid out by experts from Kew gardens, (the previous owners). Alfresco dining on our large decking area whilst looking out over the English Channel, watching the ships and fishing vessels sail by, has provided many happy and memorable hours with our friends, we feel like we are in the Mediterranean. 'Rocklyn' is a cosy home in the winter months as well, when we enjoy the ambiance of the wood burning stove in the lounge and watching the stormy seas from a comfortable view point. Having enjoyed this property with our large extended family over the years we now feel it is time for us to downsize and we have no doubt that the new owners will enjoy the property and surrounding area as much as we have.
