Full Details for 3 Bedroom Terraced for sale in Margate, CT9 :
Place yourself at the centre of Margate's resurgence with this beautiful Georgian home located just outside of the town centre. It is only a short walk to the trendy old town with its boutiques, restaurants, cafes and of course the Turner Gallery. There is also the sandy golden beach and high speed train station. The house lends itself to a variety of layouts. In its original form there are three bedrooms, but you could use one as a home office or study. It is beautifully presented throughout and current owner has decorated in a way that really compliments the character of the home so all you would need to do is move your furniture in to put your own stamp on it.There is also a small private courtyard which makes it ideal lock up and leave if you wanted it as a weekend retreat or holiday home.It is not often that homes like this, in such a central location become available so make sure you don't miss out.
I have lived here for 5 years but have been in this area for much longer, and love it. Its so close to the town and train station which is ideal for me. I moved here from a slightly larger property just around the corner which hopefully speaks volumes for this area, it is just so quiet.Since being here I have reinstalled double glazed sash windows, redecorated and exposed the wooden flooring, and more recently have been working on the bathroom. The private rear garden, although is quite modest, is the perfect place to relax, because it is not at all overlooked. Its great living here, and I hope I can still stay in the area.
