I have really enjoyed living here in Poling, it's great if you enjoy walking, the fields behind leads to Angmering which is a pleasant walk in the summer.

Having lived here for over 10 years I can honestly say it has been a great family home. The garden is great, split into two you have a lawned area, divided by sheds then what used to be an allotment, more recently it has been where the children’s trampoline is.

I don’t need as much space now so looking to downsize locally.
