OWNERS COMMENTS I was surprised by how peaceful and tucked away the location of the house was when I first saw it more than 11 years ago. The cul-de-sac seemed very quiet for a setting so close to the town centre. The views from the kitchen are spectacular, and make washing up much less of a chore! The house is great for when visitors stay for a few days, the size and layout are brilliant for family birthdays and Christmas get togethers. Everything I need is within easy reach including the town centre and Sainsbury's which is very handy for the weekly shop. I shall miss living here greatly as I move on to the next chapter in my life and I hope the new owners enjoy living here.
