We have owned this house many years and have had fantastic times bring up our children here and looking after our grandchildren.

The new bathroom and toilet have recently been fitted and both rooms retiled and re-decorated, and we have just had the fences all around the garden replaced.
We are leaving the washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer and Range oven, so that the new owners will not need to worry about buying appliances.

I will miss the sea view over the roof tops from the main bedroom, but looking forward to downsizing.
