It was a no brainer back then with good sized bedrooms and a large lounge that nothing else we saw came close to.We have children so the park around the corner becomes incredibly useful. Having everything else almost on your doorstep helps as you don't even have to take the car off the driveway.Although the house is a fantastic size we need something bigger now or we would be happy to stay here for many years to come.
