Full Details for 3 Bedroom End of Terrace for sale in Dorking, RH4 :
Have you been searching for that family home but are getting fed up with there being nothing to buy out there? Well this superb property is ready to move into, with nothing to do but unpack and is also located in a hugely sought after cul-de-sac on the fringe of the town centre! Pull the car up on the driveway and step inside where you will immediately notice the "brand new" feel of this home. Enjoy relaxing in the immaculate lounge area where you can cosy up on the sofa with a cup of tea. Likewise there is space for a table and chairs here creating sociable living space. The kitchen area is simply stunning! Spotless, spacious and wonderfully bright, it is easy to picture getting stuck into the recipe books in here. When you fancy some 'chilled' time head into the conservatory where you can enjoy some peace and quiet overlooking the garden. This room would also be great as a play room for the kids. Upstairs you will find immaculate bedrooms and a stylish shower room with walk in shower. Having changed it from a bathroom - it could easily be changed back if you enjoy a well earned soak instead. When it's warmer you can head out to the garden and enjoy some al-fresco dining on the patio or just simply soak up the sun on a lounger with a book and glass of something cold. With a lot of families around, there is a real sense of community and with fantastic walks, the park just round the corner and an ultra convenient local shop just down the road, it is easy to see why houses in this road do not hang around for long!
One of the major attractions that drew me to this house four years ago was the fact that it was newly built so had all the space of the 1930s houses in the cul-de-sac but was immaculate and brand new inside with the benefit of remainder of the NHBC warranty too. The location was also brilliant for me as it is so close to everything so I can get everywhere so easily. It is also perfectly situated for the stations allowing me to get into London with ease. Since living here I have added the conservatory and changed the bathroom into a shower room for me. I also contemplated turning the downstairs cloakroom into a shower room as it certainly seems big enough to do so. I am now selling to move with my daughter but will miss the convenience of living here.
