It was a lot bigger than any other property within the price range, it was within walking distance to town and it has a garage which was great for using as extra storage or for somewhere to house the car. Everything you will need for daily life is close by, it is a very practical place to live. We have also enjoyed being able to walk home in just a couple of minutes after partying at the Isle of Wight Festival! There are great neighbours along the road who have helped make living here such a pleasurable experience.
