Whip up a feast in the large kitchen whilst overlooking the spacious rear garden, a great sociable space for those foodies who are regularly laying out a three course meal. This road has long been a desired location to live, commuting by car is easy as you’ll be on the A23 and A27 within minutes and you’ve even got your own double garage and driveway to park the car in afterwards. Regular bus links in to Brighton centre itself also mean many a weekend will be spent on the beach or in the trendy boutique shops found in the Laines.
When I moved into this house I had a young family so good room sizes and great local schools was incredibly important to me. Having raised my children here it will be sad to leave but I am now looking to downsize. The green leafy surroundings have been beautiful but the thing I will miss the most would have to be the fantastic neighbours, who are always looking out for me and always flash a smile when passing.I plan to do a lot more travelling so the house is now too big for me. I hope the new owners are as happy here as I have been.
