Mum and dad owned this house and designed its layout. Mum was a keen artist and the studio was her joy, with patio doors to a garden it was an ideal space for her.
They loved living in central Emsworth as it is so convenient for them, everything they needed is close to hand so they could give up the car and still be self sufficient.

We have always found the house to be light and bright as its set over three floors and the parking, garage and south facing are a real bonus.
It is with sadness that we are having to sell it after all those years but hope the next owner will love it as mum and dad did and perhaps take it to its next chapter in life.
