It is easy to remember what made us buy this house when we first saw it – the view. As much as everyone thinks their view is best we have yet to find another property that has a sea view to rival ours. The garden room is lovely and allows us to sit and admire the views whatever the weather. We had great plans for the house to modernise it and make it our dream home and I am sure any new owners will be keen to make it their own with a little bit of imagination.
The roof above the garden room has recently been repaired after the winter storms and now the sun is shining the garden has really started to come to life.
We shall miss having this property and the views it offers and hope any new buyers will love it as much as we have.
