We have thoroughly enjoyed living here for 12 years and been able to add our own stamp whilst retaining the original features. The location for commuting into London is ideal with East Croydon and Norwood Junction stations nearby. The local schools are popular and the shops in Addiscombe a real bonus with the independent butchers and greengrocers great for when entertaining family and friends.

We have spent many a summer evening in the garden watching the sunset with a glass of wine and hope the new owners will be as happy here as we have been
