When I viewed this house it was the size and the space it offered that made it one I could not miss out on. It is so convenient being in a village environment with the shop and post office at the end of the road, the lovely green open spaces around the village green and church but yet is still within easy access of Dorking station.

Since I moved in I installed a new kitchen at the end of 2013, replaced the bathroom and updated the garden.

I am now looking to move up the property ladder and hope the new owners will enjoy the house as much as I have.
