When I first saw this house I immediately knew it was for me as I had been looking at leasehold flats or maisonettes which weren’t in such good locations. The area is amazing for transport as at the bottom of the road you can hop on a bus and on foot, Brighton Station is incredibly easy to reach too.I have been renting the property out for the past few years but when I lived here I updated the kitchen and shower room. I also loved the low maintenance outside space and had a water feature and lots of pretty, potted plants, you can just about see the sea on a nice day too just in case you forget you’re in Brighton!
