The moment we saw the flat we knew we have to buy it. The kitchen is a fantastic size, the garden is great and the living areas have excellent proportions.

The area is ideal and wonderful as you are close to three stations, Valentines Park and Ilford Golf Course. We regularly go for walks in Wanstead Park. We did not appreciate the location until we move into the flat and it is fair to say that we will miss it.

We are only moving as we have decided to upgrade to a house but we will still remain within the same location as a baby on the horizon means we are planning for our immediate future and will require a slightly bigger home.
