Over the past 10 years, I have really enjoyed living in the area.

Having Lloyd Park on my doorstep has been the best; since having a daughter we have made many memories over there as well as making friends and full use of the family community. As I've lived here for a long time, I have seen the area transform dramatically.

My plans were never to stay here for as long as I have but I've just really loved living here. I would love to stay but I now need another bedroom.

I hope that the new owner will be as happy as I have been. I will be very sad to leave.
