Full Details for 2 Bedroom Ground Flat for sale in Walthamstow, E17 :
Surrounded by culture and history is the best way to describe this area of LLoyd Park. The park itself was originally the gardens of the home of William Morris, which is now the museum, packed with history and lots of stuff to see. The park has undergone a refurbishment and if you haven't been yet, you are really missing out! There are very good primary and secondary schools in the area, as well as places to go. You also have Waltham Forest Pool & Track nearby for swimming, athletics or the gym. A short walk down Hoe Street and you are in central Walthamstow, where you have the high street, in fact the longest street market in Europe and Selbourne walk shopping mall. You can walk a further 15-20 minutes and be in Wallthamstow Village, our answer to Notting Hill, a road packed with boutiques, restaurants and bars. The property itself benefits from two large double bedrooms with lots of natural light on offer. Due to its character, the property has high ceilings, which gives the property a lot of space and light, as well as a free flowing environment. It gets even better because you have your own garden which is extremely useful, especially if you have children or pets.
Over the past 10 years, I have really enjoyed living in the area. Having Lloyd Park on my doorstep has been the best; since having a daughter we have made many memories over there as well as making friends and full use of the family community. As I've lived here for a long time, I have seen the area transform dramatically. My plans were never to stay here for as long as I have but I've just really loved living here. I would love to stay but I now need another bedroom. I hope that the new owner will be as happy as I have been. I will be very sad to leave.
