We have owned this flat for about four years and love the location. It takes us two minutes to walk to Ilford station, Sainsburys and the Exchange Shopping Centre. Ilford Lane is also close by and here you have lots of multi-cultural shops and restaurants.

The road links to the A406 and A12 are quick and easy.

We have enjoyed our time in this flat. It is a very well maintained, safe and secure block. The residents are all proud to live here and we have all formed a close knit community.
