We bought this flat from new and loved the idea that no one had ever lived here.
One of the main attractions was the amount of storage the flat has. Having accumulated lots of things over the years, we are most certainly putting it to good use!
The balcony is the ideal place to put pretty, potted plants and generally the property is in good condition although you may want to replace a few bits and pieces.
The communal roof terrace is also a real sun-trap and we have spent days up there sunbathing uninterrupted by other residents.

We need to upsize to a house but hope the new buyer is as happy as we have been here.
