We moved here 6 years ago and for us it was all about the location as well as the huge amount of space this flat offered. Compared to others we had viewed, this flat offered us far more room and being ready to start a family, that was one of our priorities. We have completely transformed the flat since then and have also bought a share of the freehold. We have re-wired and installed a new central heating system which included a new boiler and radiators, we also installed a new kitchen and replaced the bathroom. We've had two children since living here and they both go to St Paul's which is so convenient as we can walk them there in seconds. We are now looking for the next step up the ladder but are definitely wanting to stay in the area as its perfect for everything.
