As soon as you approach the apartment you’ll find it easy to imagine yourself living here. There is a secure entryphone system and the block itself is well maintained. Shutting the front door behind you really does feel like shutting the world away as this peaceful flat doesn’t feel like it situated in the heart of Croydon and certainly feels homely.

I have been living here for approximately 5 years and it has been really ideal. I will miss it but I am glad that I am passing it on to new owners to enjoy.
