We have thoroughly enjoyed using this as our holiday home, but now have reluctantly decided to sell. We know we will not be able to enjoy holidays on the Island as often or admire the beautiful sea views you can achieve from here. It really has been a home from home for us with lovely neighbours and a peaceful location. A lot of money has been invested into the apartment with a new kitchen and bathroom and also a fabulous en-suite. As this is a private road for residents only, we have never found parking outside a problem and in fact with only three apartments in the building there is room for parking out the front. We shall miss visiting the Island and hope that any new owners will enjoy it as much as we have.
