I was looking for a property that I could rent out and wanted to find something that was not only offering a good return but did not want to pay lots of maintenance fees. After looking at a number of properties I was finding that many of them had quite high monthly costs or very short leases and would have had to be renewed in the future. I got a call about this maisonette which had over 900 years left on the lease and you only paid as and when you needed to update or maintain yourself. When I arrived I liked the position and how quiet the road felt and wasted no time in securing it.

It has been the perfect buy to let investment and has worked very well for 8 years.
